Open Living Area

A simple layout with one bedroom a bathroom and a living space. A little larger than the small house at about 6m x 9m, the downstairs rooms are just that little bit larger.

The open plan kitchen and living area, with the high ceiling, make it feel spacious.

Upstairs bedroom

The house is now large enough to allow the upstairs to be used as a separate room. This can be either a large bedroom or a shared bedroom.

Floor heating with an air-water heat pump is standard, but a wood burner can optionally be added.

Prices start at 159k.

Pricing and options

A note about what is included, what is optional. Also, we compare to the other designs.

Prices include almost everything you need to move in. Everything not included is basically things that EcoFrame House does not deliver or influence. This means foundations, building inspector, water and electrical connections are not included. Prices are understood to base off a permit, which must be applied for by the customer, and upon which concrete prices and the contract are based.

Everything else is included, but in the starts at prices in a basic version.

Basic versions of surfaces eg include basic panelling or pine floor.

Smaller

Dimension wise, this is really as small as it can be.

But if one less bedroom is ok, or the upstairs can be used as an open space, eg as an office, the Small House is the next smaller model.

Larger

If this is too small, we can make the dimensions larger, up to 9x11.5m, with the living area up to 9x6.

But if you need more rooms, look at our 3 bedroom model.

Options

As with other models, surface finishes can be changed and are detailed here.

Also, the porch could be made bigger, even so, that a little study fits on top.

Or a balcony (on top of the porch) or terrace (at the end of the house) could be added.
